1. How does the program work?

The program shows random visual images or plays random audio. After each stimulus, you need to manually press the button to continue – either to the next random stimulus or to a pause (a black screen or the word “black”).

2. Is it automatic, or do I need to press myself?

It is manual on purpose. This gives you full control of the pace and helps avoid confusion or stress from autoplay.

3. Which devices can I use?

The program works on computers, tablets, and smartphones directly in your browser. No app download is required.

4. Does it cost money?

Our goal is to make mental training accessible for everyone. The program costs $4.99 per month, or $35.99 per year (40% off the regular $59.99, which equals only $2.99 per month).

5. What is the purpose of the images and audio?

The goal is to train focus, balance, and mental calm. By alternating between random stimuli and a reset (black), you strengthen your ability to shift between attention and rest. Over time, you also train your mind to “turn things black” — meaning the ability to let go of distracting or negative thoughts.

The more you practice, the stronger this skill becomes.

6. Why do I sometimes see several objects in one image (or hear several words in audio)?

That’s intentional. Sometimes a single object or word appears, and sometimes multiple ones, to increase difficulty and variation in the training.

7. Is this a medical treatment?

No. The program is not medical treatment or diagnosis. It is a mental training tool. If you need medical or psychological care, please consult a doctor or a licensed therapist.

8. The program doesn’t load – what should I do?

If the program doesn’t load, first make sure you are connected to the internet and try refreshing the page.
