These Terms of Service have been prepared in English. Translations into other
languages may be provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or
conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version
shall prevail.
1. The Service (No Medical Advice)
The Service offers mental training exercises using visual and audio stimuli, including a manual “Next” interaction and optional performance insights (e.g., reaction timing). The
Service is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a medical device. In an
emergency, call 112 or seek immediate help. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for
medical questions.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent as permitted by local law) to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (i) use the Service unlawfully; (ii) share or resell access; (iii) copy, record,
download (except as expressly allowed), modify, distribute, or create derivative works from
Service content or software; (iv) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (v) upload
malware or harmful content; (vi) scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to extract data or to
train machine-learning or LLM models without our written consent; (vii) harass or abuse
others; (viii) attempt to access non-public areas.
5. Intellectual Property and License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and
use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content and software are owned
by us or our licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated
in these Terms.
6. Performance Metrics
To provide insights and improve training, the Service may measure timing and behavioral
metrics (e.g., reaction time between the stimulus and your “Next” action). Details about what
we collect, legal bases, retention, and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability, Changes, and Updates
We may add, change, or suspend features for maintenance, improvements, or other
legitimate reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material
changes that affect you will be communicated in advance where required.
8. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, you agree we may send essential communications (e.g., receipts,
service notices). Marketing communications require your consent and can be withdrawn at
any time.
9. Third-Party Services and Social Login
If you use social login or integrated third-party services, their terms and privacy policies may
apply in addition to ours.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we
disclaim all warranties (express or implied). To the extent permitted by law, our total
aggregate liability to you for claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the
fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in
these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the
current billing period.
12. Privacy and GDPR
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we
process personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws, including your
rights and how to exercise them.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by Stockholms
tingsrätt. Consumers within the EU may have additional rights to alternative dispute
resolution under local law.
